Stichting Share Network
At Stichting Share Network, we are committed to creating safe, inclusive, and empowering spaces where everyone can learn, grow, and thrive. This Code of Conduct applies to all employees, volunteers, mentors, partners, and community members.
1. Our Values

2. Expected Behaviour
All members of our community are expected to:
Treat others with respect, kindness, and professionalism
Actively contribute to a safe and inclusive environment
Respect personal boundaries and cultural differences
Communicate openly and constructively
Follow applicable laws and organizational policies
Use Share Network spaces (physical and digital) responsibly
3. Unacceptable Behaviour
The following will not be tolerated:
Discrimination, harassment, bullying, or intimidation
Any form of verbal, physical, or sexual misconduct
Abuse of power, position, or trust
Retaliation against individuals who raise concerns
Sharing confidential information without consent
Any behaviour that undermines the safety or wellbeing of others
4. Safeguarding & Wellbeing
We prioritize the safety and wellbeing of everyone in our network, especially individuals from vulnerable or underrepresented backgrounds. Everyone shares responsibility for maintaining a safe environment.
If you witness or experience inappropriate behaviour, we encourage you to speak up.
If you experience an issue with another person, we encourage you—where possible and safe to first address it directly with them in a respectful and constructive manner. Open communication often helps resolve misunderstandings early.

6. Reporting & Accountability
- Concerns can be reported to the vertrouwenspersoon or leadership
- Reports will be taken seriously and handled promptly
- Appropriate action will be taken where necessary
- Breaches of this Code may result in removal from programs, partnerships, or roles
